Is your product organic?
Superfood Oatmeal uses some but not all organic ingredients.
Is your product gluten-free?
All ingredients purchased are certified Superfood Oatmeal is GF. However, it is not lab tested.
Can I return Superfood Oatmeal?
No, if you do not like Superfood Oatmeal, please give it to a friend.
Can Superfood Oatmeal be prepared as overnight oats?
Give it a try! Product development did not design Superfood Oatmeal with this application. It was developed to add 3/4 hot water to prepare it.
Is Superfood Oatmeal preservative free?
Superfood Oatmeal ingredients are whole and simple. The dried blueberry contains citric acid, which preserves the fruit and allows it to be shelf-stable. Golden Raisin is preserved using sulfur dioxide, also allowing it to be shelf-stable.
Is Superfood Oatmeal Dairy Free?
Yes
Which Common Allergens are in Superfood Oatmeal?
Coconut and Almonds (tree nuts). The FDA asks we indicate coconuts as a “Tree Nut”- although it is not technically a nut.
Is Superfood Oatmeal Kosher?
Yes
Is Superfood Oatmeal GMO-free?
Yes
Is Superfood Oatmeal Vegan?
Superfood Oatmeal is made without animal products. No guarantee is made regarding the packaging.
Does Superfood Oatmeal use ingredients with artificial color?
No
Is the Superfood Oatmeal cup recyclable or compostable?
No. The cup is made with recycled paper.

What should I do if the seal on the cup is damaged or not sealed completely?

How soon will my order be processed after I place it online?
Orders are filled daily. We appreciate your patience should we be at an out-of-town conference or related business trip. Our pledge is to not allow longer than 3 days to process your order.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are filled daily and shipped using USPS. Standard shipping will take 3-5 days.
What is the expiration date on my Superfood Oatmeal?
It is suggested you consume the oatmeal within 3 months of the Made On date, which is indicated on the sticker on the bottom of the cup
I received the wrong items
If you have. received the wrong product, please email us at lisa@healthbearfood.wpengine.com. Provide your name, order number and the list of products that were missing or incorrect. We will make sure the issue is resolved as soon as possible.
I did not receive my package
If you didn’t receive your package, please make sure that the package wasn’t mistakenly placed nearby. For example, at your neighbor’s door or in your manager’s office. Please keep in mind that carriers drop packages off at a close location if you are not available at the time of delivery. Use the tracking number supplied to you on your order confirmation
